Mona Lisa Jeter

Experience, discipline, and a personal commitment to the people behind the numbers.

Mona brings more than 20 years of tax compliance experience to her work at Jeter & Le. She earned both a BBA in Accounting and a BBA in Finance at the University of Houston–Downtown, building a foundation across the accounting and financial sides of her clients’ needs.

In 2012, Mona became an Enrolled Agent, a federally licensed tax practitioner authorized to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service. Her background in taxation is an important part of the firm’s work helping individuals and businesses navigate their tax obligations.

Mona also proudly served in the United States Army. She brings that experience and discipline to her work, alongside a belief that every client deserves dedicated attention and a trustworthy relationship.

As a founding partner of Jeter & Le, she shares the firm’s commitment to bringing value to the table, beyond compliance alone.

Ellie Le

Thoughtful accounting support, with attention to the everyday details that matter.

Ellie began her accounting career after earning her Master of Accountancy from the University of Houston. Her work brings together tax preparation and the ongoing bookkeeping that helps clients keep their financial records organized.

Her specialties include preparing a variety of tax forms, performing QuickBooks write-ups, and bookkeeping. These connected areas of practice allow her to support clients with both their tax needs and the accounting work behind them.

Ellie founded Jeter & Le alongside Mona Jeter in 2022. Together, they built the firm around personalized service for individuals and small businesses, with a focus on client relationships and dedicated attention.

She shares the team’s belief that clients deserve an extra touch of personal service, and looks forward to putting her accounting and tax experience to work for them.
